Rigorous Training & Vetting
Only Proven Guards Carry a Firearm
Every candidate for our armed team must first meet all the standard requirements for our security personnel — medical fitness, police vetting and core guarding training — before progressing to firearms-specific assessment. Only those who pass the test on usage and handling of weapons are absorbed into the armed team.
To keep proficiency current, our armed guards undergo firearms training twice yearly, conducted in coordination with the Royal Malaysia Police. This continuous cycle of testing and refresher training keeps our armed team disciplined, current and accountable at all times.
Before Joining the Armed Team, Guards Must:
- Meet all standard security guard requirements, including medical checks and police vetting
- Pass a formal test on the usage and handling of weapons
- Attend firearms training twice yearly via the Royal Malaysia Police
- Demonstrate the discipline required to protect high-value, high-risk premises
