Our Process
Kathmandu Academy Training Pipeline
Candidates are carefully selected in Nepal before undergoing dedicated training at our partner academy in Kathmandu. This structured pipeline ensures every guard arrives in Malaysia already equipped with the discipline, fitness and foundational skills expected of a professional security officer.
Once deployed, guards remain under the ongoing supervision of HBT Force's local management team, who oversee performance, conduct and compliance with each client's site requirements.
