Our Standards
Fully Trained & Qualified Security Guards
HBT Force (M) Sdn. Bhd. security guards undergo rigorous pre-employment vetting through the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM). Candidates must have completed secondary education, pass medical screening, and undergo a three-month probationary period before being confirmed as full members of our security force.
All personnel receive one week of basic training and obtain security ID credentials issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Our highly experienced, competent and qualified trainers ensure that every guard is effectively trained to serve government, industrial, residential and commercial sectors alike.
Training covers physical and methodological protection, first aid, and firefighting — equipping our guards with the practical skills required to respond confidently in real-world security situations.
The Process
From Screening to Certification
Screening
Police vetting through PDRM and a full medical screening to confirm each candidate's fitness and character.
Basic Training
One week of basic training covering the fundamentals of security procedure and conduct.
Probation
A three-month probationary period on deployment, during which performance and conduct are closely assessed.
Certification
Security ID credentials issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, confirming the guard's qualification for duty.
Certification
Certified Security Guard (CSG) Training
Every guard deployed by HBT Force completes the mandatory 16-module Certified Security Guard (CSG) training programme, designed to build the practical skills, discipline and judgement required for professional security work.
